Our Secret to Crispy French Fries

French fries may seem simple, but making them truly crispy takes attention to detail.

For us, it starts with the potatoes.

Not every potato works the same way. Some are better for frying because they have the right texture. When chosen carefully, they give that soft inside and crispy outside that people expect.
